- Free Cancellation: Available before 7 days of guest arrival for pre-booking.
- Cancellation Fee: May range from 10% to 100% depending on hotel policy during season time.
- Non-Refundable Rates: Some discounted rates are non-refundable.
2. Common Cancellation Timeframes
- 24 Hours before Check-In: Advance not refunded, but usable within 60–90 days for future bookings/services.
- 48 Hours before Check-In: Same as above – advance not refunded but usable within 60–90 days.
- Same Day Cancellation: May be charged the full cost of the stay.
3. Refunds
- Refund Process: If applicable, takes 3–7 business days depending on the payment method. (Approved only for special conditions.)
- No Show Policy: No-show without prior notice is charged in full.
4. Peak Seasons
- Holiday Seasons: Stricter cancellation policies during festivals like Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and public holidays.
- Advance not refunded, but usable within 60 days from cancellation date for future services.
5. Force Majeure (Exceptional Cases)
- In cases like natural disasters or travel bans, we allow cancellations without penalties or offer rescheduling.
